Spaces
A space is a home for pets: your household, a foster home, a rescue or a shelter. Every pet belongs to exactly one space.
You can have several spaces, e.g. your household for your own pets and a rescue space for foster animals. You switch between them at the top of the dashboard.
Per space you invite members and assign roles: read (see everything), edit (create entries), admin and owner (manage everything). Inviting works by email address with a link, or by user tag (#ABC1234): the invitation then appears right in the invited person's app, under Spaces, with an accept button. Only the exact account the invitation is addressed to can accept it, even if someone else gets hold of the link. You find your own tag in the settings.
Besides you as the owner, two more people can be in a space at the same time, so there are three of you. Pending invitations count. Removing a member or withdrawing an invitation frees the spot again.
You choose an invitation's validity when creating it (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or unlimited) and can extend it at any time, even after it has expired.
The owner can delete a space after confirmation, as long as no pets live in it anymore (move or transfer them first) and it is not their last space.
Foster homes and rescues can enable a public adoption page under Spaces, with their own address under /vermittlung. Only animals with status adoptable or reserved appear there, without health data, chip or TASSO numbers. Phone, email, website and Instagram are entered separately; they appear as tappable icons at the top of the page and as buttons on every animal. For private households this deliberately does not exist. As a private person, list an email address there, not your home address.
Under Spaces you also find the transfer history: when which record (with animal tag) was transferred to whom or received from whom, including the other side's tag. Shelters and rescues carry their own house tag; your user tag sits in the settings. The transfer acceptance page shows the sender with tag before you accept.
For foster homes: next to your home you create a second space of the foster type. Your own pets and your foster pets stay neatly separated, and your Private subscription covers all your spaces, so you pay once. In the public page settings (under Spaces) you enable your own adoption page: you choose which animals are publicly visible and simply share its address. When a foster pet moves in, the complete record travels to the new family via the transfer link.
In every space you maintain a label library. These labels are available for quick selection when adding pets, handy with many animals.
