Pet record

  1. Every pet has a record with three tabs: Overview (basic details, health status, life journey), Health (all entries) and History (everything in order).

  2. The life journey in the overview is the record's diary: the home stations with dates, accepted transfers and name changes. If you rename your pet (e.g. after an adoption), the record notes it automatically ("Renamed: Bruno → Milo"), and this part of the story travels along with every transfer.

  3. You reach the statistics via the button at the top right of the history: weight curve with key figures, visit frequency, vet costs, medication periods, vaccination cover and symptoms, switchable between 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and All.

  4. The history is your pet's life story: every entry appears there automatically. The filter button opens a window where you narrow by type and period. Active filters then sit as chips below the button and can be removed individually.

  5. Under "More details" in the pet form you find chip number, TASSO number, country of origin, insurance with policy number, tax number (e.g. dog tax), the move-in date and optionally a date of death.

  6. Every record carries its own animal tag (e.g. #7XF-K42B): unique across the whole platform, the same for life, and it moves along with every transfer. It sits in the record header (with a copy button), on the pet pass, in the register and on the public adoption page, and search finds the animal by it, typed with or without # and hyphen.

  7. The life journey in the overview shows where your pet lived before: breeder, shelter, foster home or previous owner, each with a period. You add older stations yourself, transfers within the app land there automatically, and everything also appears in the history.

  8. Archiving instead of deleting: an archived pet disappears from daily life, the record is kept. You find it in the settings under Archive, can restore it at any time or, after confirmation, delete it permanently there (with its complete record, irreversibly).
