  1. Your start page shows all pets as cards with photo, age, last weight and the vaccination traffic light (green: all current, yellow: due soon, red: overdue).

  2. With "+ 🐾" at the top right you add a new pet, with "+ 🗂️" a new group.

  3. Groups organize your pets, e.g. "Dogs", "Seniors" or "Foster home". Every group has a name and color, can be collapsed and expanded, and renamed via the pencil.

  4. Drag pet cards into another group or order: with the mouse on a computer, on the phone press and hold the card until it lifts, then slide. It also works without a mouse: focus the card, space grabs, arrow keys move, space drops. Groups move by their ⠿ handle.

  5. Right after registration the overview welcomes you with exactly one task: add your first pet. Once it is there, the "First steps" card takes you further: add a photo, record a vaccination, record a weight, try the pet pass. Finished steps get checked off, the card disappears by itself and can be hidden at any time.

  6. The "Due" card bundles everything due: medication doses, vaccination cover (from 30 days before expiry) and due preventive care, grouped into Overdue, Today, Next 7 days and Later. Completing and checking off happens right in the row. If anything is overdue or due today, the card jumps to the top.

  7. With many pets it stays tidy: several due items of the same pet are bundled into one row ("Esmi · 2 medications") with "All given" as a bulk confirmation, and the card shows at most eight rows; the rest sits behind "View all" in the calendar's day view.

  8. The calendar (button at the top right) shows the month across all pets, filterable per pet: colored dots for the dose status (green given, yellow partial, red missed, filled open today, empty planned), plus markers for expiring vaccination cover. Tapping a day opens the day list: today you check off right there, and for past days you log a missed dose with "Log late". Medications without a schedule run along the bottom as period bars.
